Rekava is built on the principle that you own your business records. You can take them with you at any time, in open formats, with no lock-in.

Invoices & payments

Every invoice, line item, and payment as CSV — ready for your accountant or another system.

Customers & inventory

Your full customer list and inventory catalogue, exported as CSV.

Reconciliation history

Matched and unmatched transactions, with confidence scores and the audit trail behind each match.

Full account export

A complete archive of your workspace data, from Settings → Export.

How to export

1Sign in and open Settings.
2Go to the Data & export section.
3Choose a dataset, or request a full account export.
4Download the file — open formats (CSV), no proprietary lock-in.

Closing your account

If you decide to leave, export everything you need first. After an account is closed, personal data is deleted or anonymised within 90 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
